What should I bring with me on my first visit?
ID card, health insurance card, in the case of physiotherapy, an FT voucher for treatment or cash/payment card (for self-payers), towel.
Do you cooperate with insurance companies?
Yes, we have contracts with health insurance companies:
General practitioner – 111, 201, 205, 207, 209, 211, 213.
Physiotherapy – 111, 205.
If I am unable to attend an appointment, what should I do?
Please contact the reception desk by phone no later than 3 p.m. on the day preceding your scheduled visit.
How long does physical therapy take?
Therapy sessions usually last 30 or 60 minutes.
Who can write me an FT voucher for physical therapy?
A referral for FT treatment/examination at the physiotherapy department can be prescribed by your general practitioner or outpatient specialist (orthopedist, neurologist, rehabilitation physician, gynecologist, etc.). You must bring the FT referral with you.
What is the validity period of an FT voucher?
The voucher is valid for 14 days. This means that the voucher must be redeemed within 14 days of issue. You should therefore contact the physiotherapy center within this period. The treatment itself may begin at a later date, but must be completed within 3 months of the date of issue of the FT voucher.
I have completed physical therapy and would like to continue. What are my options?
If you have completed treatment covered by public health insurance and would like to continue, there is the option of using paid services. We offer individual therapies as well as discounted packages.
